§ 1 Scope
These Terms govern the use of the foodoracle Engine API and related services (the “Service”) between foodoracle (the “Provider”) and the customer. Deviating customer terms apply only with the Provider’s express written consent.
§ 2 Subject Matter
The Provider offers an application programming interface (API) for food-related data. The scope of functionality depends on the plan and modules booked. A specific availability level is only guaranteed where expressly agreed.
§ 3 Registration & API Keys
A customer account is required. API keys must be kept confidential. The customer is responsible for all access made via their keys and must report any suspected misuse without delay.
§ 4 Pricing & Payment
The prices displayed at the time of booking apply. Billing is per module as a subscription via the payment provider Stripe. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT unless stated otherwise.
§ 5 Term & Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically for the booked period unless cancelled in time. Cancellation and subscription management are handled via the customer portal.
§ 6 Liability
The Provider is liable in accordance with statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. The data supplied is for informational purposes and is not suitable as the sole basis for health-related decisions.
§ 7 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
